| This April 2011 the small claims courts in Birmingham found against
Fusion10 of Kingswinford in an action we took for outstanding monies relating
to work carried out to produce promotional images of the Ice modular furniture
collection. The judge ruled that Fusion10 must pay the claim in full along
with our costs. As of this date 17th June 2011 Fuson 10 are yet to comply with the courts ruling. The money remains outstanding. This should be a consideration for anyone contemplating doing business with Fusion10 or the owner and director John Rudge. |
